Following the release of his single “Commando“, which garnered over 400 plays on YouTube, Boy Cermon gained international recognition. Notably, Malawian artist K-Jicks, who has a significant following of over 11,000 on Facebook, was impressed by the song and requested a feature. The resulting collaboration led to a widely released version of “Commando”, which is now available on all major streaming platforms, including YouTube Music. Devastated but determined, Boy Cermon promised himself he would learn beat production. He downloaded YouTube tutorials on how to use FL Studio and learned to make his own beats. He produced his hit song “Commando” and many more, taking control of his music and his future.
