Cure for Inner Problems!.
“Psychological disorders are caused by disfunctions in the brain so the cure is treatment of brain by medicine, sugery etc.” Thus argue Biologists.
“Psychological Disorders i.e, Maladaptive behaviours are caused by environmental behaviours so the cure is altering behavioural patterns through behaviour therapies such as systematic desensitisation etc.” Thus argue behaviourists.
“Psychological disorders are caused by dysfunctions in thought processes so the cure is altering thought processes through thought therapies such as rational emotive therapy etc.” Thus argue Cognitive Psychologists.
“Psychological disorders are caused by suppression of desires so the cure is satisfying the desires.” Thus argue Followers of psychodynamic model.
We say;
Brain treatment cannot cure Psychological illness as it's observed that symptoms recur when treatments such as medicines are stopped.
Alternation of behaviour or thought cannot cure Psychological illness as after some times of treatment symptoms again recur.
Satisfaction of desires isn't treatment to cure Psychological illness as even after satisfying the desires, people repeat the Maladaptive behaviours.
Not Brain Treatment, Not Alternation of behaviour or thought, Not satisfaction of desires is treatment to cure Psychological illness.
Because;
Cause of psychological illness is Errors in inner Consciousness.
So the;
Cure is repairing those inner-errors of Consciousness by Harmonising Consciousness through Yoga.
Most effective Yoga for now is Bhakti-Yoga which is easy but at the same time most sublime.
So the cure for inner problems is;
