The Universe running adversely

Look at the universe, was it like today ? Of course not. Day after day the world is changing. We are being more civilized at least we are claiming it. But what was the demand of civilization. Just to focus on individualism or to make individual development or success. Of course not, the civilization was started to help each other and promote mutual welfare. But what we are seeing today, people are don't care about others emotion, welfare or dignity. They just focus on them. But where the problem is actually you have the right to focus on your personal development but we are started exploit others, hurting other emotions we don't care actually.
